The Beatles and Movies: A Great Combination?

The greatest band of all time (My opinion) and the greatest form of entertainment (again, my opinion)? Off course it’s a good combination! Not only their own films but several others too have used Beatle tracks  effectively in their movies.

Ferris Bueller’s day off (1986)

Didn’t see that one coming did you?

A Hard Day’s Night (1964)

Their first movie and probably their best.

While I looked for this scene on YouTube I learned that Phil Collins should be among the fans. I can’t spot him.

The Social Network (2010)

Spoilers for those who haven’t seen it, it is the ending scene.

The music starts at the 3:01 mark.

Whitnail & I (1987)

This brilliant comedy uses While My Guitar Gently Weeps. sadly I can’t find the scene, so here is one of the most famous scenes from the movie.
